This guy is just a bastard. Make sure you get the code for NO CACHE and get yourself a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 Unported License so this guy can't use your writing to make money. Either that or write a blurb @ the bottom stating no one can use your content without asking first.
