- Weight Watchers Strawberry Pie
- 4 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 small box sugar free Cook-N-Serve Pudding, vanilla
- 1 small box sugar free Jello Strawberry flavor
- 2 cups of water
Line pie plate with strawberries. Cook pudding with 2 cups of water. (could use skim milk for one of the cups in my opinion). Add jello mix into the pudding.
Let cool slightly, then pour over berries and refrigerate.
As listed above, 5 points for the whole pie.
Recommended: top w/sugar free or fat free whip cream.
