Giving away your hair to raise money for a good cause, that is awesome! I have have long hair for a long time, I found it to be very low maintenance. Mostly because I wear it in a pony tail all the time. But I have always say one day, when I am ready cut it off, I will donate it to children with cancer. So one day when I am ready to take the time to style my hair daily, that would be my time to trim.

I like your new “do”.
It does seem like it is freer in ways. I'm sure it does make people look twice.
People need to do that more often in life.
