Charter? On Twitter? OMG! Yes. And they responded to me without me even trying.
This was in response to this message I sent out into Twitter space:
“Dear Charter – WTH? I am supposed to be at 10M service. Check it please.”
The response occurred within minutes. Again, wow.

the twitter guys are great.. however the service calls where they tell you to take off work and do the job over the phone 3 hours into the service "window" OR... set appt time for 12-2 then call and change it after you are there for 3:30 to 5 and NEVER show up...
