Part of what we do @ work is promotion on socmed networks, so it's blocked. However, the excessive usage by those not directly involved with the socmed promotion is frowned upon.

My employer blocks nothing. They treat us like adults!
Not surprised there. For us Facebook is blocked, LinkedIn isnt'. Twitter is okay, but MySpace is out.
