Regular massages are part of my life. A friend recommended massages for all around health. I fully enjoy my sessions.
Taking survey’s isn’t usually very interesting. Massage Envy got it right though. Questions focused on specifics of my massage experience.
They wanted names. Names of the therapist that gave the great massage. Names of the other staff that provided friendly and helpful service. Names I was happy to provide.
Final question? How can we make the experience better, including what services they could offer or changes to make. This section gave me a chance to prompt them about alternate music selections, possible rewards program, and wrapping it up, blogger outreach. Heck why not.
